Michael Williams, editor of the Catholic magazine, Commonweal, will deliver a report on conditions in Germany at a meeting to be held tonight at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel under the auspices of the American Jewish Congress. Four other prominent persons will speak.

Williams recently returned from a trip to Germany and Austria, where he made a thorough personal investigation of Hitlerism.
