Funeral Services Held for M. I. Block, Reporter

Meyer I. Block, veteran reporter for the Jewish Morning Journal who died Sunday of a heart attack, was buried yesterday in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. He was 51 years old.

Well known for his knowledge of conditions on the lower East Side in New York, Mr. Block was also in the public eye during the World War as one of the newspapermen who went along on the Henry Ford peace ship expedition. He is survived by three children, David, 13; Daniel, 11, and Rhoda, 10; two brothers, Abe and Moe; and two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Wise and Mrs. Birdie Miller.
