The Nazi party was outlawed throughout the country, government authorities announced yesterday. The cabinet stated that the Nazis were prohibited from engaging in any political activities, and would not be allowed to wear the party badge or other emblems.
Another terrorist outrage here yesterday caused the cabinet to issue its decree against the Nazis. Two men threw three grenades at a detachment of Heimwehr auxiliary police in Krems, wounding 32 men.
The outrage was credited directly to the Nazis, who denied complicity. Nazi prisoners, however, are said by police to have confessed.
