Judge Seligson, a Jew who became a convert to Christianity and changed his name to Soeling, who caused great trouble to German Jewry last summer, and participated directly in the anti-Jewish boycott of April 1, as well as helping to eliminate Jewish lawyers and judges from German courts, has himself been dismissed as a judge “because of his Jewish origin.” An order to this effect was officially announced by the ministry of justice today.
