Making an early start on preparations for this winter’s campaign, the Jewish Federation for Social Service has again induced Herbert Mallinson, who headed last year’s drive, to serve as this year’s chairman. Jake Landau will serve as co-chairman and Mrs. M. E. Florence as head of the women’s group. The campaign will be held Dec. 1-9, following the Community Chest campaign as usual, and will seek to raise $40,000.
