Rabbi Henry Cohen of Galveston has been named by Administrator Hugh Johnson one of the advisory committee for Texas on the national recovery program. Frequently called “the first citizen of Texas,” Rabbi Cohen has long been prominent in public affairs both in and out of the bounds of Jewry.
