Dan Arron, Seattle, and Dorothy Rashbam, Tacoma, were among Washington State College students of Jewish parentage receiving scholastic awards from the Julius Galland Estate, Dr. E. O. Holland, college president, announced today. Arron receives a $175 scholarship and Miss Rashbam a fellowship of $350. Both awards were made on the basis of scholastic excellence, Dr. Holland announced.
