Rabbi Benjamin Friedman of Temple Society of Concord, returned here yesterday from a six-weeks’ trip through Europe, part of which he spent in Germany. He was reluctant to discuss the Jewish question there, advising interviewers to await the arrival of the Rev. Dr. Ray Freeman Jenney and Rev. Dr. Lloyd E. Foster of Syracuse, who led the local protest against Hitlerite persecutions of the Jews and whom he met in Berlin investigating conditions. He declared, however, that the persecutions continue undiscouraged and unchecked.
