A mass-meeting for the discussion of the German-Jewish situation and the boycotting of merchandise made in Germany will be held here October 1 under the auspices of the Springfield section of the American Jewish Congress. Speakers to be invited will include the Rev. Dr. James Gordon Gilkey of South Congregational church, who recently returned from Germany; James Waterman Wise, Senator David I. Walsh and Congressman William J. Granfield. Neighboring communities will be asked to join in the meeting.
