Rabbi Max Kaufman has been named the spiritual leader of the Jewish Center of Kingsbridge, by a unanimous vote of the board. The rabbi studied at Hebrew Union and Columbia University. He is the former rabbi of Temple Sholom, Plainfield, N. J.
