Abraham Stavsky, who is charged with Zvi Rosenblatt and Aba Achimeir with the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, noted Zionist labor leader, today won a point when he secured the reading of a statement tending to support his alibi.

The prosecutor had declined to read out to the court statements taken from a Jerusalem hotel proprietor, Mr. Turgeman, in whose hotel Stavsky allegedly slept on Friday night, the eve of the murder, because Turgeman had died since he made the statement.
