Nazis are not entitled to refuse to appear before a Jewish judge, the Munich high court ruled today in the case of a Nazi party member who refused to present his case to the court because a Jewish judge happened to be presiding that day.

The verdict of the high court declares that. “non-Aryan descent is insufficient ground for showing disrespect to a Jewish judge.”
