Mobilization of the forces of the Zionist Organization in this region got under way here when units were formed in strategic cities including Norfolk, Newport News, Richmond, Danville, Va., Greesboro, Charlotte, Gastonia and Asheville, N. C.
Simon J. Levin, of Baltimore, executive director of the Seaboard Zionist group, announced plans to establish units and branches of the organization throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
