Senator Robert F. Wagner, of New York, Chairman of the NRA National Labor Board, will be the principal speaker at the dinner at Hotel Statler, Sunday evening, that will open the 1933-34 campaign of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies.

Louis Kirstein, president of Filene’s department store and associated with the Senator on the Labor Board, will preside. Gov. Ely, Senator David I. Walsh and Mayor Curley are expected to attend.

The campaign will seek to raise funds, according to B. M. Selekman, to daily care for 1,234 needy individuals in 400 families; more than 300 patients in Beth Israel and other hospitals; 1,922 dependent children and 2,500 school children.
