The Reichsvertretung der Deutschen Juden, the All-German Jewish representative body, in a proclamation yesterday urged Jews to vote in the affirmative on the question of the approval of the Hitler foreign policy in the election to be held on November 12. no other course—spells danger for them since refraining from voting would label them as enemies of the present government. This would be especially dangerous in the provinces, where failure to vote could be easily traced.

While the Jews of Berlin will be left to decide for themselves what course to pursue in connection with the approaching plebiscite, some of the Jewish leaders are concerned over the predicament of the Jews in the provinces and are seeking to find a solution for them.
