Unanimous condemnation by the press greeted the first anti-Semitic Nazi meeting here. The meeting was organized by a hair-dresser named Weicherdt and voted to form the South African Gentile Nazi Association.

The South African government is being urged by Jewish leaders to step in to prohibit the influx of propagandist pernicious literature brought in on German ships.

It is also being urged to take some action in regard to the many underground Nazi organizations established in Johannesburg and elsewhere, which are attempting to spread anti-Semitism.
