Distinctly dissatisfied with the decision of the German-American Conference, the largest German organization in the United States, whose membership is composed of 23 German federations, to raise funds for the suppression of anti-German propaganda throughout the country, to fight the boycott of German goods and take part in a German Day celebration, German-Jewish circles expressed anxiety over a possible rift with adherents of the resolutions adopted at the meeting of the conference in Lu#how’s Restaurant on Fourteenth Street Wednesday night.
