Arlosoroff Memorial Fund Here Reaches $7,000

Approximately $7,000 has been raised by the Palestine Pioneer Campaign Committee for settling German-Jewish refugees in the colony named in honor of the late Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff in Palestine.

An appeal for additional funds was issued by Isaac Hamlin, of New York City, who is the national secretary of the committee, at its tenth anniversary banquet held at Dorchester Manor here tonight.

Labor groups in this city, according to Mr. Hamlin, have contributed about $1,500 of the $7,000 fund collected.

Other speakers included Dr. Chaim Greenberg, Oscar Sterman, New England chairman of the committee; Abe Hamlin, executive director, and Frank Grossman, treasurer.
