Harold H. Lehman, 43, a member of the banking firm of Lehman Bros. and nephew of Gov. Herbert H. Lehman, died yesterday in Mt. Sinai Hospital from pneumonia which developed from a recent operation for appendicitis.
Mrs. Cecilia Lehman, two daughters, Susan and Betty, his mother, Mrs. Harriet Lehman, and one brother, Allan Lehman, survive.
