As a result of the recent London conference, where the problem of finding permanent habitations for the German refugees was thrashed out, the American Jewish Congress has announced that a three-fold program involving the expenditure of $10,000,000 had been mapped out for relief of the Reich Jews.

Places for the suffering Jews in Germany will be sought in many nations where absorption may easily take place. It was estimated that South American countries, particularly Brazil, will present opportunities. A permanent migration committee, with headquarters in London, is to be established with the purpose of seeking out lands where vocational opportunities will present themselves.
