Rabbi Jacob Klemens has received permission from the Soviet government to leave Palestine with his family. Rabbi Klemens left the Soviet Union Sunday.

When the Soviet government, last May, introduced passports for all citizens in order to exile from the cities those whom the Soviet government considered dangerous, Rabbi Klemens was threatened with expulsion from Moscow and was saved only through the intervention of the highest authorities.
