The first ten months of the current year have indicated a considerable decrease of the immigration into Canada, according to figures issued here recently.
Forty-one races, representing almost as many countries, entered Canada between January and October, a decrease of thirty-two percent over 1932. During the present year, 2,461 immigrants of so-called “non-Nordic” classifications arrived and were admitted.
