By order of the court the Director of Immigration will be obliged to show cause why he should not recognize the legal divorce obtained by Mrs. Meiklar, applicant, from her former husband, Mendel Zeidlar. Authorities deny the legality of the separation and are withholding a naturalization certificate. The contention that they could have received the divorce in Russia is dismissed by the court on the ground that they left Russia illegally.
