Staub and Dr. Henry C. Metzger, vice-presidents; Rudolph Meyersohn, secretary; Morris Shatzen, treasurer; Harold M. Silverston, assistant monitor; Markus Simon, warden; Dr. Harry Tanner, guardian; Adolph Freund, Rabbi Harry Z. Gordon and Dr. Victor Droock, trustees.
