Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities will install officers and directors for the ensuing year, at its 24th annual meeting on Sunday afternoon, January 28.

During the ceremonies, which will take place at the Temple House of Temple Beth Elohim, Garfield Place and Eighth Avenue, Brooklyn, Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May will succeed himself, marking his seventh term as president of the Federation. Mrs. Clarence G. Bachrach will begin her third successive term as president of the Women’s Division.

Other incoming officers include Harry M. Marks, Walter N. Rothschild, Mrs. William Linder, Hon. Murray Hearn, Joseph M. May, Benjamin C. Ribman, Murry C. Becker, Mrs. Nathan L. Goldstein, Max Abelman and Hon. Ralph K. Jacobs.

The Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities was organized in 1909 by a small group of communal leaders and was a pioneer among community chests in this country. It has grown from the nine original affiliated societies to the twenty-five agencies which it now comprises.
