New officers of the Junior League of the Home of the Daughters of Jacob are Mrs. Lewis M. Franklin, president; Elizabeth Schweitzer first vice-president; Anne Lipschutz, treasurer, and Buchla Horowitz, secretary. Mrs. Peter J. Schweitzer, retiring president of the Home, voiced appreciation for the cooperation of the Junior League at the elections meeting, held at the Jewish Center, 115 West 86th Street.
