Wisconsin Union Heads Hit Nazi Laber Stand

Hitler’s deree outlawing strikes and collective barganing by labor will eventually lead to his downfall, Wisconsin union leader have declared. In statements issued to the press, they denounced the new Nazi law as an enslavment of German workers.

Joseph A. Padway, general counsel the Wisconsin Federations and of the ringt to struke against oppressive conditions will work as a boomerang and lead to the overthrow of Hitler.” Herman Seide, execultive secretary of the Milwaukee Federated Trades Council, called Hitler’s decree ”the biggest mistake of the year” and predicted that German workers will continue to organize secretly and strike in defiance of law.
