The Philadelphia Jewish World,the only Yiddish daily printed in Philadelphia,is twenty years old today.
The newspaper will celebrate the anniversary birthday with a special edition to be published February 23,a notice in today’s issue says.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
