Former City Court Justice Gustave Hartman, founder and president of the Israel Orphan Asylum, is broadcasting at least once daily over various radio stations, on behalf of the institution’s annual all-star show and fashion revue, to be held Saturday evening, March 10, in Madison Square Garden. As in former years the event will be attended by more than 20,000 persons, including prominent national, state and local figures.
