More than 2,500 men and women representing all creeds and walks of life are expected to attend a testimonial dinner in honor of Rabbi Abram Simon. The event is scheduled to be held at the Mayflower Hotel on Wednesday and will commemorate Rabbi Simon’s thirteenth anniversary as spiritual leader of the Washington Hebrew Congregation.
