Air Marshal Italo Balbo, leader of the mass seaplane flight to be United States and new governor of Tripoli, has nominated the Jewish army officer, Major Ivo Levi, as his personal aide-de-camp, it was revealed today.
Major Levi, who comes from Ferrara, is well-known as an expert on military and colonization problems.
