Participants from New England and the middle Atlantic states will contest for the Irving Lehman trophy in the finals of the National Oratorical Contest for Jewish Centers, sponsored by the Jewish Welfare Baord, at the 92nd Street Y.M.H.A., February 25, at 8:30 p.m. Former Congressman Isaac Siegel, vice-president of the Metropolitan League of Jewish Community Associations, will preside.
