Professor Hans Kohn, Doctor of Jurisprudence and writer on Jewish and international affairs, will come to Smith College next year as professor of modern history.
Dr. Kohn was born in Prague in 1891. He served as an officer in the Austrian army and since the war has lived much of the time in Palestine. He is associated with the Institue of National Education and last year gave a series of lectures at the New School of Social Reserch.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
