In pursuance of a resolution adopted at the second Canadian Jewish Congress last month, a committee is now being formed to establish a Jewish historical society in Canada.
The society will devote itself to collecting and preserving all materials and documents which are of value in reconstructing the history of the Jews in Canada.
All who are interested in thehistory of Canadian jewry have been invited to communicate with H. Hershman, 20 Cuhbert street, Montreal.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
