Magistrate Jonah J. Goldstein will speak tomorrow afternoon on “Social-Minded Justice” at 285 Schermerhorn street, Brooklyn. This is the first in a course of six lectures on the general subject “Modern Trend in Government,” under the auspices of the National Council of Jewish Women, Brooklyn division.
