Expressing expectation that his resolution calling for a House of Representatives’ special committee to investigate Nazi affairs in this country will be passed, Congressman Samuel Dickstein declared yesterday, “The showdown comes Wednesday, and I have a handful of trumps.”
Dickstein interpreted unanimous adoption of his resolution by the House Rules Committee last week as a forecast of complete victory for his bill when it is introduced on the floor.
