City College will honor Benny Friedman, newly appointed head football coach, with two celebrations this week, it was announced yesterday. A dinner will be tendered to Friedman and the press tomorrow afternoon and a student rally will cake place Thursday afternoon at the Great Hall.
Friedman’s contract cal’s for $10,000 for two years. He succeeds Harold J. Parker.
