U.S. Citizenship Asked for Albert Einstein by Congressman Kenney

–Congressman Edward A. Kenney, representative from New Jersey, today introduced in the House a resolution which would admit Professor Albert Einstein unconditionally to the character and privileges of a citizenship of the United States.”

Congressman Kenney said that Dr. Einstein, who has been doing research at the Institute for Advanced Studies in New Jersey, is generally regarded by the scientific world and the world at large as a genius. He said that Einstein had avowed himself as being a “lover of the United States and an admirer of the Constitution.”
