Daniel Tscharney, Yiddish journalist who has been here since his expulsion from Germany last year, was hurriedly deported yesterday on the charge of having disseminated false news about Latvia.

Tscharney was escorted to the Lithuanian frontier by police. He will go to Paris.

It is believed that the expulsion of Tscharney marks the consummation of an anti-Semitic campaign conducted against him with the aid of Latvia, a Latvian anti-Jewish publication.
