The boycott movement spread to Harlem last night when the Harlem Retail Morchants’ Association and the Harlem Colored Merchants Association and other neighborhood groups at a meeting in the office of the merchants’ association, voted to aid in support of all the efforts of the Blue Shirt Minute Men against the Nazis.

A resolution adopted at the meeting opposed persecution and supported the minute men’s “definite program to combat the insidious influence of racial prejudice” of the Nazis. A branch of the Minute Men was established.
