Israel Jefroykin, representative of the Paris committee to organize the World Jewish Congress, has arrived here to collaborate with local groups preparing for the Congress which is scheduled next summer. Mr. Jefroykin came from Brazil, where he recently completed a similar mission.
General Zionists here have already evinced their approval of the Congress and are making preparations for it. It is expected that groups affiliated with the League for Labor Palestine will join the movement.
