Dr. G. Foerer, Nazi director of the State law courts, today demanded, in an article published by the Nazi Jurist Association that permission to marry be granted only to “race pure, healthy, full-fledged German citizens.”
The policy demanded by Dr. Foerer is in line with the racial policies of the Nazis. In several cases Nazi courts have held that marriages between “Aryans” and “non-Aryans” were against Nazi ideas and dissolved the marriages.
