Reports from Baghdad, capital of the kingdom of Iraq, that High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope of Palestine will shortly be transferred to Iraq as Minister Plenipotentiary and Envoy Extraordinary, and Sir Francis Henry Humphrys, who is now British Minister at Baghdad will be sent to Palestine as High Commissioner, were utterly discounted today at Colonial office.
