Dr. Joseph Fisch, Commercial Attache of the Polish Consul in New York, and Mrs. Fisch yesterday announced the birth of a daughter at Beth Israel Hospital on Sunday. Mrs. Fisch is the former Meriam Hausner, daughter of Dr. Bernard Hausner of Poland, former Polish Consul at Tel Aviv, and now on a diplomatic mission in this country.
