An injunction signed by Supreme Court Justice Alfred Frankenthaler, against persons attempting to stop the showing of “Hitler’s Reign of Terror,” which opened at the Mayfair Theatre yesterday morning, was obtained by Jewel Productions, producers of the film, yesterday. No disorders occurred at the opening of the picture, however.

“Hitler’s Reign of Terror” was closed by Mayor Kelly of Chicago when it was first presented in that city last week, pressure having been brought to bear by the German Embassy and Consulate. The Mayor was forced to rescind his order when liberal and anti-Fascist organizations demanded that the picture be shown.
