Louis Lipsky, national chairman of the American Palestine Campaign, will be the guest of honor at the opening of the United Jewish Appeal here on May 9. Lipsky today returned from Palestine, where he attended a meeting of the Zionist Actions Committee.
Perry Graicerstein is chairman of the fund-raising committee.
