A Plea to the Jewish women of the nation to interest themselves whole-heartedly and realistically in current social and economic problems, further the cause of peace, study possible reforms and in general “face conditions,” was made here by Mrs. Mary Schoenberg, national secretary of the Council of Jewish Women, speaking at the annual spring luncheon of the Jersey City Section of the Council.

Mrs. Hiram Elfinbein was installed for her second consecutive term as president of the local section.
