Dr. Sigmund Neuman, a German soldier who was ousted from his post in Germany, has been appointed visiting lecturer on sociology at Wesleyan University for the coming school year. The appointment of Dr. Neuman was made possible by grants from the Emergency Committee to Aid German scholars.
