Raphael Fabrike, fourteen-year-old Jewish pupil of the Moscow Technical School, has discovered a secret material for the manufacture of pen points, it was announced here today.
Government officials declared that the discovery will save many tons of steel used to make pen points. The authorities granted the young inventor a patent for his process and will begin the manufacture of the new type of pen points.
