“Zionist Week in the Bronx,” sponsored by the Bronx Zionist Region and all Zionist districts of the borough, will open today and continue through June 3. Rallies are scheduled for East and West Bronx, where speakers and professional entertainers will appear.
The region executive staff was scheduled to meet Saturday evening at 203 East Fordham Road. The East Bronx rally on Tuesday night will be staged at the Morris High School, with Dr. H. J. Epstein as honorary chairman. A rally and symposium will follow at the Creston Junior High School on Thursday evening, when Rabbi Henry A. Schorr of Temple Adath Israel will preside.
